We have a 14-day return policy for online orders, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or cancel your order.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. You may return the item using your own shipping method, or, where available, we may offer a return shipping label for your convenience.
Unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If we offer a return shipping label, we will let you know the cost in advance.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in a reasonable condition. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and function. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
If your return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will work with you to resolve the issue and provide appropriate return instructions at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made or personalised items, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If you cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return the item within 14 days of telling us, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery cost, where applicable.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item back.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
